Eye Candy Referral Rewards

Eye Candy is excited to announce our new Referral Rewards program! As a valued customer, you’ll now be able to earn $20 in-store credit for each new customer referral you make that results in a purchase of their first complete pair of Eye Candy glasses, sunglasses, or non-prescription sunglasses. Only referrals for new customers without a previous purchase history will qualify. See official rules below for complete details.
To get started, we’ll need to have your current name, address, phone number, and valid email address on file in order to issue store credit to your account. You will be able to choose your preferred method of communication for notifications when you’ve earned store credit, but we’ll primarily use email to notify you whenever we’ve made any updates to our Referral Rewards program. Once your account has been created and is up-to-date, you can start earning store credit for referrals. Simply share stories of your Eye Candy experience, and recommend that others stop by our Delafield and/or Mequon locations for their next eyewear purchase. Get compliments on your Eye Candy glasses? Make sure you tell others where you got them! These referrals are an easy way to accrue store credit that can be applied to your next purchase. Just ask that they tell us who sent them.
To make earning credit easier, we will be offering referral cards that you can hand out as you refer new customers to our stores. You can stop by either of our locations to receive your complimentary referral cards.

Official rules and definitions for Eye Candy’s Referral Rewards:
- Referrers will earn a $20 Eye Candy store credit for each qualifying referral. Store credit can only be applied to future purchases and cannot be redeemed for cash.
- A new customer is defined as a customer that has not previously made a purchase at either of our Eye Candy stores.
- You will not be able to earn credit for referrals made to existing Eye Candy customers with a purchase history, regardless of the date of prior purchase(s).
- A complete pair of glasses is defined as both a new frame purchase and lens purchase for that same frame.
- If lenses are purchased separately from the frame, lenses must be purchased for that frame within 30-days of the frame to qualify.
- Frame-only purchases or lens-only purchases for existing frames do not qualify as a complete pair purchase.
- Referral Rewards begin January 21, 2019. Credit cannot be given retroactively for referrals made prior to this date.
- We reserve the right to change or discontinue our Referral Rewards program at any time.
